Getting Started with Canvas

Canvas is the learning management system we use at UNL. It's where you'll create course content, post information and documents, and stay in contact with your students. It has a wide range of different functions that can seem a bit overwhelming when you first start building a course. This Canvas 101 course has lots of information on how to use the Canvas interface, how to add content to a course, and how to manage your course once it's running. If you have any questions or run into problems using Canvas, there are a number of help resources available:

• Help menu in Canvas. On the left side in Canvas, you'll see a Help button that contains tons of different help options
• 24/7 help. You can reach Canvas support any time via text chat Links to an external site. or by calling 1-833-665-7257.
